Work Flexibility: Field-based We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Western region (Jeddah/Medinah) to join our Technical Service team. This role will mostly be focused on our Medical/Emergency Care portfolio (stretchers, beds, CPR devices, defibrillators, etc.). What You Will Do To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required. To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits. To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits To escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis. What You Will Need Required: Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
