Description Position Summary: Staley Technologies partners with businesses nationwide to provide innovative technology solutions and services, delivering scalable field service support with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Staley Technologies is seeking a highly organized and motivated Field Service Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of field service operations. This role involves managing and scheduling a team of Field Service Data Technicians, subcontractors, and 1099 contractors through a nationwide technician platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong logistical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance field service operations, fleet management, and warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate and schedule field service activities across multiple projects nationwide. · Ensure customer service and quality are at the highest level. · Manage daily assignments and productivity of Field Service Technicians, Electricians, subcontractors, and 1099 contractors using a technician management platform. · Monitor and optimize technician routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. · Recording keeping of time, expenses & documentation for all direct reports. · Forecast & plan staffing of nationwide projects and deployment. · Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle assignment, maintenance, and compliance tracking. · Support warehouse operations, including inventory control, asset tracking, staging of equipment, and coordination of inbound/outbound logistics. · Ensure all technicians are compliant with safety protocols, company policies, and customer requirements. · Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between field operations and project goals. · Oversee and support the professional growth, performance, and development of direct reports through regular monitoring, coaching, and feedback. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: · Proven experience in field service coordination, technician management, or a similar role. · Strong knowledge of workforce management platforms and scheduling tools. · Experience working with subcontractors and 1099 employees. · Familiarity with fleet operations and warehouse logistics is strongly preferred. · Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. · High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or logistics-related certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: · Knowledge of structured cabling is a plus. · Knowledge of network equipment is a plus. · Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus. · Experience working in a multi-site or nationwide service environment. · Ability to travel occasionally, if required.
