Getronics is interviewing qualified Field Service Technicians for OEM Warranty PC hardware support services

What will you do?

  • Provide on-time and high-quality hardware service and repair of in-warranty OEM desktop / laptop / workstation devices, onsite at the client’s location(s)
  • Deliver exceptional service with a Customer-First focus
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting using field service automation tools
  • Coordinate with OEM and in-house support resources to perform at a high level for our Customers

Which experience/skills we are looking for?

  • Proven Hardware-Related Field Service experience
  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair and test PC and Laptop/Tablet devices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a Team
  • Technical degree and/or hardware certifications
