Field Services Representative LOCATION: Villavicencio - Meta - Colombia DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN HR CONTACT: OSORIO DANIELA MARIA Propósito del cargo:Ayuda a proporcionar servicios de asistencia técnica a los clientes finales, asegurando el uso correcto de las Conexiones Premium de Tenaris. Verifica y hace seguimiento a los comentarios recopilados del campo sobre el rendimiento del producto y otra información relevante obtenida en el terreno que es valiosa para Tenaris. Requisitos:- Profesional en ingenierías, preferiblemente Ingeniería de petróleos o Ingeniería Mecánica- Disponibilidad para realizar turnos de trabajo por días. - Experiencia mínima de 3 años con tubería petrolera y operaciones en campo.- Licencia de conducir tipo B- Inglés: B2+ (requisito indispensable) Competencias relevantes: - Conocimiento técnico de producto- Orientación al cliente y comunicación efectiva- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas- Orientación al aprendizaje continuo If your experience and knowledge match our requirements, please apply Tenaris is an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity in employment.
