Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

This role will report into the Field Services Manager and will be responsible for working with both our Field Technicians, Managers and Field Services Stock Team to deliver seamless dispatching of stock into the field and following through with monitoring the usages and process adherence once in the field. Also to investigate and report on the field technician’s mileage and identify any infractions in line with HMRC rulings.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and analysing reports from our ERP system.
  • Controlling and managing the distribution of stock to the technicians via the “Stock replenishment system”.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies and highlighting to Field Services Analyst for reconciliation.
  • Operate stock compliance reporting and escalating to field services analyst.
  • Leading daily reporting that monitors key stock lines.
  • Field Reporting on Stock usage including exception management, efficiency improvement, cost reduction.
  • Monitoring field technician behaviours and making sure they are adhering to company process in regards to stock.
  • Supporting on the management of the Field Stock Inbox.
  • The adhoc supporting of general Field Services queries either in person while in the office or via the field services phone lines.
  • Monitoring field absence to prevent orders being sent to absent techs.
  • Supporting other team members as and when required.
  • Various administrative activities.
