Field Services Supervisor 100% Onsite | San Antonio, TX Travel Required (Company Vehicle Provided) 6–12 Month Contract‑to‑Hire We are seeking a hands‑on Field Services Supervisor to lead and support IT desktop and field operations across multiple Texas locations. This role combines technical leadership with active field work and is ideal for someone who thrives in a travel‑heavy, fast‑paced environment. ⚠️ Important: This role requires driving a company vehicle and passing a strict DMV background check. Please do not apply if this would be an issue. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of field/desktop technicians Provide hands‑on deskside and remote PC support Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking equipment (routers, switches, wireless, VLANs) Perform structured cabling, wiring, and infrastructure support Support PC refreshes and IT infrastructure projects Coordinate travel, schedules, and projects across 15–20 locations Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues Requirements 5+ years of field or desktop IT support experience Prior team lead or supervisory experience (or strong leadership potential) Strong “jack‑of‑all‑trades” technical skillset (desktop, networking, cabling) Comfortable with 80–100% travel, primarily driving within Texas Valid driver’s license & ability to pass a strict DMV background check Strong communication and customer‑facing skills Work Environment & Safety Requirements Must be comfortable working in construction, plant, and industrial environments Hard hat, steel‑toed boots, and other PPE may be required Environments may be dusty, noisy, and outdoors at times Ability to safely navigate active work sites while performing technical duties Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
