Job Title: Field Services: Tech Fulfilment Engineer
Location: this role offers hybrid working but you must be commutable to Theale, Reading.
Annual salary: circa £30,000 depending on skills & experience

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a member of the Tech Fulfilment team, you’ll serve as the front line of our support services, providing on-site assistance to users while ensuring that customer equipment is properly maintained and well cared for. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our projects team, contributing to the delivery of new services, including hardware configuration and installation across a diverse range of technologies.
In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to explore and deliver tailored solutions for our clients, while developing your technical expertise through hands-on experience with a range of innovative products and technologies.

A GUIDE ON WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Maintenance visits to customer sites
  • Completing hardware checks when on site and any additional support requests
  • Provide on-site, ‘remote hands’ support for customer Incidents
  • Support with the installation and configuration of newly provisioned hardware
  • Configuration of End User equipment, including deployment of laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices
  • Manage devices using cloud-based Mobile Device Management tools
  • Diagnosing faults with end-user equipment.
  • Maintenance & creation of technical documentation.
  • Other ad-hoc work as instructed by key stakeholders
