Company Details:
Performs routine operation and maintenance duties associated with computer-based training systems. Work closely with customers and maintenance personnel to perform duties following established standards and practices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform duties associated with system operations
• Operate proprietary software used in computer-based training systems.
• Operate Real-Time monitoring software.
• Perform technical and non-technical tasks under supervision.
• Maintain database entries for recording maintenance and training activities.
• Able to learn a variety of software applications and utilities.
• Be able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Work under the supervision of managers & technical personnel.
• Shift work is required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PC software such as word processors and spreadsheet applications.
• Competency in computer hardware & operating systems.
• Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
• Be able to work in Canada legally
• Will need to acquire a passport for some international travel.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Physically fit to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders.
• Training or experience in technical fields associated with: Computers and Electronics
• Training will be provided

Cubic Pay Range:
The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
