Accountabilities: Perform installations, service, and maintenance of smart home products and technologies. Conduct safety assessments in every home to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and customers. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns with honesty and professionalism. Identify and act on opportunities to generate additional revenue through sales and service offerings. Manage daily appointments efficiently, including driving time and home dispatch operations. Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing coaching and development activities. Experience in customer service, sales, or field technician roles (e.g., cable, internet, solar, construction, pest control). Strong sales aptitude with the ability to convert service visits into opportunities. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders up to 14 feet, and work in attics or tight spaces. Comfortable bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn new technologies and processes. $1,000 sign-on bonus.
