JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced Field Site Administrator for a project in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to our construction team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or a diploma/degree in business management or an administrative assistant certificate is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
  • Strong experience using Excel-based programs
  • Track Sheet and Solomon training is an asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Certifications: CSTS2020 (Construction Safety Training Systems)
  • Pre-access A&D Testing

Responsibilities
  • Data entry in Track Sheet and Solomon ERP systems (timesheets, third-party charges)
  • Reviewing timesheets for accuracy and reconciling against brass reports
  • Prepare and submit client invoicing (labour, rental and third-party billing)
  • Provide other administrative assistance to the site superintendent/management team as required
  • Assisting HR with the processing of new hires and proper documentation for terminations
