In this role, you will: Drone Operations and Operations Personnel in the QA Team Establishment of a testing environment in the field (Yarkon Park or any other required location) Technical maintenance of systems Technical maintenance of all company drones (approximately 100 drones), including hardware integrity and version updates Drone operation according to test protocols Requirements The ideal candidate we are looking for should have: Valid drone pilot license (multi-rotor), including authorization to operate drones over 25 kg Hands-on DIY drone flying experience Good level of English (spoken and written) Responsible, organized, and systematic approach to work Ability and willingness to work outside the office and in non-routine locations Good communication skills and ability to work closely with system operators Operational flying experience – a significant advantage Technical background – an advantage

Responsibilities

This role involves establishing and managing a field testing environment for a counter-drone solution, including the technical maintenance of all company drones and system hardware. The specialist will also operate drones strictly according to established test protocols within the QA team framework.
