Description
Deliver accurate job deliverables on time and in accordance with operational requirements. Support and execute service delivery operations in the field. Participate in job risk analysis (JRA), hazard identification, and continuous improvement programs. Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain professional customer relationships to promote company products and services. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and customer requirements. Implement Company Assurance Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. Participate in Service Quality Meetings (SQM) with customers and contribute to performance improvement action plans. Actively participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow HSE policies. Maintain all required safety certifications and training. Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in: Petroleum Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Or a related technical discipline Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) principles. Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in field locations and challenging environments. Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools). Entry-level position; 0-2 years of relevant field or oil & gas experience preferred. Internship or field training experience in oilfield services is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning ability are encouraged to apply. Strong safety awareness and risk management mindset. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Customer-focused attitude. Ability to learn technical processes quickly. Adaptability and willingness to work under pressure.
