This role is responsible for validating and performing due diligence of endorsed company-owned site leads for acquisition as well as checking and reviewing the current assets (inventory, cash, ARs) of existing CO stations, and review monthly profitability of stations. What will YOU do? Validate data submitted by REOs to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of the data given by acquisition team Identify preferred market areas to find the most profitable locations for the business and site superiority - best site in the area Identify site viability to recommend appropriate suitable station and capital expenditure size Perform market research to validate and analyze site information Conduct traffic count to analyze the volume forecast/projections for the trade area Validate station current asset data (invetory, cash, ARs) in order to manage the Credit Limit per station Monitor movement of cash to ensure that approved cash management process is followed by checking on various stages of cash transmittance (deposits, cash in transit, cash in vault, non-cash remittances, posting by Treasury/Accounting of payments) Manage ARs of Key Accounts to ensure credit limit of Key Accounts are always below secured levels What will YOU need? At least 3 years of experience in financial data analysis and business accounting Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other related courses
