🚧 Now Hiring: Field Superintendent – Structural Steel 🚧 Ready to take the lead in steel erection projects across Northern Virginia? We’re looking for an experienced Field Superintendent with strong structural steel experience to oversee multiple sites and ensure top-quality results. \n What’s in it for you? Competitive pay up to $110K/year (flexible based on experience) Company truck provided Direct hire, long-term opportunity Exciting projects across Northern Virginia (Sterling, Manassas, Culpeper, with travel to VA/MD and occasionally PA/DE) What you’ll do: Oversee and support field foremen across multiple construction sites Lead safety initiatives and site meetings Review blueprints, manage materials, and coordinate vendors Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Structural Steel Superintendent Strong knowledge of steel erection and commercial construction Ability to read blueprints & direct on-site crews A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills \n Schedule: Day shifts, with flexibility for 10–12 hour days and some Saturdays depending on project needs.
