Role description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced professional to support compliance activities, waste management, and vendor/contract oversight. This is a part-time, as-needed, and on-call position, ideal for someone with a flexible schedule and strong background in environmental management, compliance, or facility operations. Role accountabilities: Assisting Arcadis team members with the on-site management of waste and compliance Meeting contractors/vendors to escort them on site Serve as the point of contact for waste management and compliance service providers Coordinate with vendors for waste pickup, recycling, and disposal Respond to compliance and waste management issues as needed, including emergencies or spills Provide on-site support during critical incidents or scheduled activities Experience in environmental compliance, waste management, or facility operations (rail yard or industrial site experience preferred) Familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., EPA, DEQ, OSHA) Position requires local travel Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience Valid state driver's license Certifications: 40-hour HAZWOPER training Annual 8-hour HAZWOPER Refresher training Why Arcadis?
