We are a growing commercial cleaning company and looking for a Part Time or Full Time Field Operations Supervisor - Available on Thursday and/or Friday and on Saturday, Sunday, or both days
What is the opportunity? Working directly with the office team and other field operations associates, you will be helping with the start-up of services for new commercial cleaning clients and coaching new crews or facilitating the exchange of current cleaning crews. You will also be visiting client’s commercial facilities inspecting the quality of cleaning performed and coaching cleaning crews on how to improve.
You would be required to fill out electronic forms with observations regarding cleaning at job sites and uploading associated photos.
Within your responsibilities is also to engage clients and crews to understand and resolve outstanding complaints and concerns with the commercial cleaning service.
The successful applicant:
- Has experience in commercial cleaning and is willing to spend at least one day of the weekend coaching new crew members to start new accounts.
- Has an eye for detail and is capable of identifying deficiencies in cleaning service level during routine quality control activities.
- Can diligently engage with customers and cleaners and act as a bridge to resolve outstanding issues with the help of Arelli’s customer service.
- Has an outgoing personality who is comfortable engaging with people with different backgrounds and capabilities.
- Is willing to listen and engage clients to understand concerns and address any complaints accordingly.
- Can professionally represent the company while engaging clients.
- Is comfortable communicating with clients, crews, and the office in both verbal and electronic means such as email and text messages.
- Is comfortable with utilizing phone and a computer to input and retrieve client and crew information.
- Is willing and capable to work from Home for planning, engaging by phone and email, and reporting purposes.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet all of the requirements below to be eligible:
- Excellent communication skills and fully fluent in English.
- 2 to 5 years of experience the commercial cleaning business.
- A valid Ontario drivers license in good standing and functioning vehicle.
- Comfortable in utilizing desktop and mobile applications for communication and data input.
- Capability to work flexible hours including at least one day of the weekend.
- Ability to provide 3 verifiable references.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $180 to $300 per day - up to four days a week depending on your availability and driving distance designated for the day - on a permanent basis.
Part-time hours: 30 Hours
Full-Time hours: up to 50 Hours

Pay: $180.00-$300.00 per day
