Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily field activities including planting, harvesting, crop care, and road maintenance. Ensure efficient transportation of harvested fruit from the estate to the mills. Analyse productivity data and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and upskill a team of 50–150 field workers across 500–2,300 hectares. Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
