Responsibilities

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, your leadership is at the heart of our operations, you will lead and support a highly skilled technical overhead workgroup engaged in network maintenance and emergency response activities.

  • Strategic thinking to build & develop collaborative teams
  • Management of competing priorities
  • Attend to and resolve or coordinate the resolution of customer complaints
  • Undertake relevant audits and inspections, and check and/or complete compliance-based documentation
  • Planning packages of live work tasks
  • Validating defects in field and providing recommended rectifications
  • Monitoring site safety of internal and contract crews
  • Updating and/or providing accurate data to update ERP systems such as SAP, GIS etc
  • Performance management
