POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Field Supervisor to oversee foundation and concrete repair projects. This individual must be a strong leader, capable of pushing teams to perform their best while maintaining a high standard of work. The Field Supervisor will ensure that all tasks are completed correctly, on time, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, grow, and take care of both the team and our valued customers. This role involves hands-on work, including crawling under houses, conducting customer service appointments, and overseeing the warehouse.
The Field Supervisor will lead a team through safe, high-quality, and efficient project execution. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical. The Field Supervisor leads quietly but effectively through consistency, accountability, and technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for supervising field crews, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining a well-organized warehouse, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and project standards. The role also requires direct communication with customers, providing clear updates and resolving issues professionally. The Field Supervisor is calm under pressure, values structure and precision, is committed to continuous improvement, and is willing to assist on-site when needed.
