We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Commercial Roofing Field Supervisor in Richmond, Va.

This position is paying $20/hr to $38/hr, based on experience.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will supervise multiple service crews. This position will also be responsible for doing pre-job inspections, planning jobs for service crews and working closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for jobs.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Supervise multiple production/service crews
• Planning and executing a successful project
• Work closely with the Service Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
• Responsible for maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the customer and employees
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
• Competitive pay range of $20/hr - $38/hr, based on experience

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Leadership, management and project management skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
• Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
• 3 years of customer service experience required
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, TPO, PVC and/or SHINGLES
• Commercial and Residential Roofing experience is a MUST
