Fulltime Field Supervisor / Grave Shift Thurs-Mon 2300-0800 •     Lead, manage, and coordinate security officers across assigned sites. •     Ensure guards are properly trained, equipped, and briefed for their shifts. •     Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. •     Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with security protocols. •     Monitor guard tours, patrols, and incident reports to ensure accuracy and accountability. •     Adjust staffing levels and schedules to meet client needs and respond to emergencies. •     Act as the first point of escalation for emergencies or security breaches. •     Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. •     Document incidents thoroughly and provide detailed reports to management. •     Training & Development •     Organize refresher training sessions on safety procedures, emergency response, and customer service. •     Mentor new hires and ensure they understand company policies and site-specific requirements. •     Client & Stakeholder Relations •     Serve as the liaison between the security team and clients. •     Address client concerns promptly and professionally. •     Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and customer satisfaction.     Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on security operations. •     Track attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions of staff. •     Recommend improvements to security protocols and operational efficiency. •     Leadership & Communication: Ability to motivate teams and maintain clear communication with staff and clients. •     Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making during emergencies. •     Attention to Detail: Ensuring compliance with procedures and accurate reporting. •     Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and incident management software.
