Requirements • High school diploma or GED • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or a related field • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Valid driver's license and car insurance • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing

Responsibilities

The Field Supervisor supports clients and caregivers by conducting quality visits and providing field coaching to ensure service standards are met. They are also responsible for investigating service concerns, documenting findings, and connecting clients with community resources.
