Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Maintain accountability for team performance, attendance, and conduct. Review, approve, and submit detailed reports with accuracy and professionalism. Ensure all documentation is complete, timely, and aligned with company expectations. Communicate effectively with leadership, peers, and team members. Identify and address performance issues, providing coaching when necessary. Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Knowledge of risk assessment, crisis management, and emergency response protocols. Job Duties: Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise Officers – Manage, train, and provide guidance to shift personnel to ensure efficient operations. Schedule & Assign Tasks – Oversee shift scheduling, workload distribution, and task assignments to maintain security coverage. Quality Control – Ensure all reports, logs, and security responses meet organizational standards. Communication & Coordination – Serve as a key point of contact between the Officers, internal departments, law enforcement, emergency responders, and contract security management/security management. Technology & Process Improvement: Process Optimization – Continuously improve security protocols, response strategies, and risk mitigation procedures. Training & Drills – Conduct Officer training, security awareness training, emergency drills, and simulation exercises to prepare staff for real-world scenarios. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement communications center, emergency response, or a related field. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to make sound, timely decisions. Strong sense of personal and team accountability. Experience writing and approving detailed reports. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, security software, and reporting tools. Minimum typing proficiency (words per minute requirement preferred). Ability to type 55-65 WPM Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a corporate or operations-driven environment. Familiarity with reporting, access control, camera systems, and documentation standards.
