QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in field supervision, construction, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs

• Supervise and lead field crews to ensure safe, accurate, and timely project completion
• Develop crew schedules and estimate labor needs
• Submit daily reports, purchase orders, and delivery tickets
• Oversee safe and efficient use of tools and equipment
• Track project progress and production rates
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with management and team members
