Universal Metro Aging Services is a Not-For-Profit organization that aims to serve immigrant populations of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe. UMAS is a small, family run organization. The perceptive employee would need to have experience with that or have experience wearing multiple hats. In addition, perceptive employee should be able to work autonomously, be a self-starter, and have initiative and lots of follow through. This position requires frequent travel to client homes within the assigned service area. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee in-home caregiving services and ensure quality care delivery Conduct home visits to monitor client satisfaction and caregiver performance Support business growth through marketing and community outreach Resolve issues between clients and homecare aides Provide coaching and support to caregivers Document visit reports and follow-ups Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Report incidents or concerns promptly Build strong relationships with clients and families Act as a point of contact for client concerns Participate in community outreach and networking Develop relationships with referral sources Assist with marketing and client acquisition efforts Requirements Basic Qualifications include Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor's degree in human services, social work gerontology, activity therapy, recreation, physical therapy, art therapy or related field preferred. Associate degree acceptable. Experience: Pervious experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment preferred. Physical exam (no more than 6 months prior to employment) CPR/First Aid certification or willing to be become certified Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation Self-motivated, creative, flexible and results driven Ability to be a productive team member/player Additional qualifications include Being fluent in English/Bosnian.
