Nor-Kam Rentals, a proudly locally owned and operated company serving the Peace Region since 1972, is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to take a lead role in our operations. This is a full-time, leadership-oriented position offering competitive compensation based on experience.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in the oil and gas industry—someone who can lead crews, keep equipment moving safely and efficiently, and uphold the highest standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid safety certifications (H2S Alive, First Aid, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract; Class 1 or 3 license is an asset.
• Proven commitment to safety, reliability, and professional work habits.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach.

• Lead field crews in the safe transport, setup, and demobilization of rental equipment to and from client sites.
• Oversee and perform equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate and contribute to yard and shop tasks, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring all procedures and standards are met or exceeded.
