Primary Location WA - Welshpool Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team, supporting critical infrastructure across Optic Fibre, Wideband, and ARCW (Asset Relocation and Commercial Works) contracts. This is a strategic role that offers exposure to complex network environments and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact national projects. About the Role Field Supervisor – Optic Fibre, Wideband & ARCW Location: Welshpool, WA Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the design, construction and optimisation of Optic Fibre projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery in line with contractual requirements. Lead and support the construction and optimisation of Wideband projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery in line with contractual requirements. Lead and support the construction and optimisation of ARCW (Asset Relocation and Commercial Works) projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery in line with contractual requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with the client, sub-contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver on projects across all disciplines. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational upgrades across the telecommunications portfolio. About You: Proven experience in telecommunications, with deep expertise in Optic Fibre, Wideband, and ARCW technologies. Experience leading teams of subcontractors and managing a large portfolio of projects Strong understanding of network protocols, transmission systems, and carrier-grade infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. At least 5 years’ experience in the Telecommunication industry relevant to the Optic Fibre, Wideband & ARCW technologies.
