This role serves as the primary link between the field and office teams, proactively managing project performance, materials, subcontractors, and field staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for quality control, and the ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities For Field Supervisor:

• Provide on-site supervision and support to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget
• Travel between multiple job sites daily to oversee project progress and address any issues
• Serve as the main point of communication between field teams and the office
• Proactively manage project performance by preordering materials, coordinating subcontractor schedules, and ensuring staff readiness
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on a daily basis
• Supervise and manage field staff and subcontractors, ensuring they meet performance expectations
• Assist with project updates and photo documentation in BuilderTrend
• Enforce strict adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, building codes, and industry standards
• Prevent project interruptions by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues

QUALIFICATIONS FOR FIELD SUPERVISOR:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within construction, remodeling, or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and quality control
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job sites effectively
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues proactively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Experience with BuilderTrend or similar project management software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites
  Compensation For Field Supervisor:$24.00- $25.00 Per Hour (DOE)
