MPS Group, Inc., is seeking a Field Supervisor to join our team at the Cleveland Cliffs Facility located in Middletown, OH. This individual is responsible for overseeing the safety and performance of the crew at job sites. Shift Details: Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 6:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities and Job Duties: * Assists with proposals and planning for upcoming jobs. * Prepares and submits daily paperwork, including billing, safety inspections, manifests, and other necessary documentation. * Determines personnel, equipment, and resource needs for each job. * Conducts safety evaluations on-site (e.g., Safety Task Analysis (STA), Job Safety Hazard Analysis (JSHA)). * Ensures all personnel have and are using the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Monitors job site conditions to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols. * Reports and investigates all incidents (accidents, injuries, vehicle incidents, etc.) to ensure corrective actions are taken. * Supervises the crew working on-site, including personnel assignments, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and overseeing the use of equipment and tools. Requirements and Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. * Minimum of 1 year of industry related experience. * High School Diploma or GED. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Must be able to pass a background check. * Must be able to pass a drug test.
