Field Supervisor
The field insulator supervisor leads insulation crews on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. This role is responsible for crew management, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with project management to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities of insulation crews, including scheduling, task assignments, and workflow management
  • Ensure work is performed safely, in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Coordinate with project management to track progress, report issues, and adjust resources as needed.
  • Monitor crew attendance and productivity
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site to avoid delays
  • Identify potential issues on site and implement solutions quickly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field crews regarding work instructions and procedural questions.
