About the Role The Field Supervisor, Pressure Washing, manages multiple crews and job sites within the Pressure Washing Division. This leadership role is responsible for scheduling, quality assurance, safety compliance, and crew development. What You Will Do: Schedule and oversee multiple crews and job assignments daily. Ensure all projects meet Tendit’s standards of quality and safety. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and discipline when needed. Work directly with customers on site visits, concerns, and service follow-up. Monitor equipment usage, supply inventory, and maintenance needs. Track crew hours and productivity against job estimates. Report staffing needs and performance updates to the Operations Manager. Snow Removal as needed What You Will Need: 3–5 years experience in exterior services, construction, or similar industry. Proven leadership experience managing multiple crews. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of safety standards and OSHA compliance. CDL license strongly preferred; ability to operate trucks/trailers required.
