Field Supervisor – Lead the Way in Telecommunications Construction 2/1 Fly-In Fly-Out from PerthN2P – Growing Fast, Building Smarter Are you ready to take on high-impact telecommunications projects? Ventia is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Field Supervisors to join our team and help drive the success of the N2P project. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Field Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating skilled trades and subcontractors to ensure construction runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Your role will include: Conducting site walkouts and planning construction activities Leading and briefing subcontractors on scope and expectations Managing resources, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve variations and challenges Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and quality benchmarks Supporting warehouse processes and stock management Performing quality checks and reporting incidents as needed About You: You’re used to being hands on, with a trade qualification and experience supervising contractors in civil or telecommunications projects.
