You’ll collaborate closely with planners, switching operators, and project administrators to make sure everything is ready to go before boots hit the ground. Key responsibilities Partner with the planning team to ensure works are delivered safely on time, and within budget Lead and mentor field crews, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling successful project delivery Apply strong knowledge of industry standards and company policies to maintain compliance across all works Strategically plan and allocate resources to optimise crew efficiency and minimise downtime Deliver comprehensive daily pre-starts, clearly outlining site-specific details, safety requirements, and work priorities Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of site activities. Identify and mitigate risks early through proactive planning and communication Accurately review, complete, and submit all work documentation to support compliant and timely claims What’s in it for you?
