As the Field Supervisor you will be the driving force behind our on-site success, leading crews, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. From remote fieldwork to stakeholder engagement, you’ll be at the heart of Australia’s fibre infrastructure evolution. Your day will include –

• Leading and mentoring internal crews and subcontractors
• Overseeing project delivery, safety and quality assurance
• Managing schedules, resources and reporting
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
• Scoping and assisting with the design of civil fibre projects
