OVERVIEW

Lead and manage a team of telecommunications technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunication systems, completion of documentation and health & safety compliance.

DUTIES

• Overseeing & Co-Ordinating on-site operations
• Ensuring work is completed as per planned schedules
• Monitor the quality of build and service delivery
• Schedule work and manage team performance
• Implement safety protocols and manage safety compliance
• Co-ordinate with project managers on work related matters
• Manage client/customer escalations to a satisfactory conclusion
