Position Overview As a Field Support Admin, you play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians to service requests. You’ll coordinate daily operations, communicate with customers and field staff, and support a collaborative, high-performing dispatch team. This is an in-office position located in Lawrenceville, GA. Key Responsibilities Receive, prioritize, and manage incoming customer service requests Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and technicians Keep accurate records of dispatched jobs and customer interactions Monitor technician performance and share feedback with management Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts before they impact service Demonstrate strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction Partner with technicians and support staff using a servant-minded support approach Requirements Proven track record of reliability and consistency Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership experience Ethical, dependable, and aligned with strong moral values Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must live within 25 miles of our Lawrenceville office A Little About Us: TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing, award-winning residential service provider.
