JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team and support IT systems and peripherals across local Retail and F&B outlets in Singapore.
This role is ideal for ITE fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITE Diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for training and project deployments.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Provide on-site technical support for IT products and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.Participate in overseas training and implementation projects.
