QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior Field Support/Field Technician experience highly desirable
  • Experience with warehouse/repair operations a plus
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Prior mechanical or electronic assembly required
  • AA degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supervision of for all East Coast Field Technicians
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of several East Coast Maintenance Contracts.
  • Responsible for oversight and management of the IPS Baltimore Office and Warehouse.
  • Handling Customer Support Calls where applicable
  • Responsible for coordinating new installation projects for East Coast customers
  • Helping Client Success Team to close out open tickets for East Coast Customers, which may require some travel.
  • Working very closely with West Cost Field Support Manager for installation schedules across the country and sharing Resources for both East and West Coast customers.
  • Working closely with Customer Success Managers on achieving overall Company Goals, KPI’s in customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Sales as needed.
