Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for leading and guiding the team of Technical Services Representatives to ensure the expectations of the company and those of the clients as outlined in SLA’s are met and achieved.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure tickets are assigned to meet agreed standards and to ensure full utilisation of the Technical Services resources.
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with external clients.
  • Maintain site authorities/access for all Technical Services employees.
  • Ensure required levels of training and certification are maintained and updated as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all EHS requirements – Daily SLAM’s, working hours, overall compliance.
  • Ensuring technical support documentation (calibration documents, equipment setup procedures etc.) is up to date and relevant by working with Commissioning Engineers, Project Managers and Development team.
  • Attend and participate in sales hand over meetings & project meetings.
  • Ordering replacement parts to maintain a minimum stock level in each region.
  • Assist in fault triage for technical services staff.
