Description Essential Functions: Coordinate measure appointments Communicate and gather required information from the Minneapolis Regional Sales Representatives Schedule the measure with the provided contact Prepare all required paperwork, tools and transportation Coordinate field issue appointments: Gather required information from sales and Engineering on best way to fix field issue Schedule with the provided contact Prepare all required paperwork, tools and transportation Perform field support requirements Photographing the RTU in question Capturing all required dimensions Note any obstructions, special features, etc. Document what issue was with pictures and description uploaded to the MER. Document measure and field issues details: Create a drawing using the captured dimensions Upload drawing, photographs and other details to the appropriate job tracker Inform the Inside Sales Account Manager that the measure has been completed. Phone and computer work to coordinate and document measures and field work. Requirements The Ideal Candidate: Must be able to load, unload and handle a 65 lb. extension ladder Must be able to read a tape measure with precision and accuracy Must be able to carry a 30 lb. tool bag Must be able to talk with customers and coordinate what is needed to fix the issue Demonstrated application of CDI core values.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform field measure appointments and resolve field issues by capturing dimensions and photographing RTUs. Document all findings through drawings and reports uploaded to job trackers and notify account managers upon completion.
