What You’ll Be Doing Improve customer experience by provide excenllent Danfoss oil free compressor service to to support business growth Support sales for after sales techinical support to indicated OEMs; Provide professional technical support to customers including service training, trouble shooting, maintenance etc. throughout the entire life cycle of Danfoss products; Quick response for customer's after sales technical issue with online and site support; Collection and report on product quality, market application etc. information to support product improvement; Keep update oil free compressor aftersales service knowhow and troubleshooting database; Build and maintain customer relationships,understand cutomers needs and enhance customer satisfaction; Manage service partners and lead the team to achieve continuous service business growth; What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years in HVAC field, Centrifugal and oil free compressor design and sevvice experience is preferred Bachelor or above Fluent spoken/written English skill Good at communication Frequent business travel Ready to Make a Difference?
