Description ARM Group LLC is seeking a self-driven Field Team Lead who is looking to grow and embodies an ownership mentality. The primary function of this position is to oversee all reuse water storage facility active operations, which includes management of on-site contractors, performing routine inspections and maintenance scheduling during active operations, and ensuring compliance with all client and regulatory protocols. Primary Responsibilities: · Conduct daily tailgate safety meeting for all site personnel. · Oversee all on-site contractors and ensure compliance with all client and regulatory protocols. · Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them with support from ARM’s Lead Project Manager. · Oversee rig-up/rig-down operations per Standard Operating Procedures. · Perform routine inspections and schedule repairs and maintenance during active operations. · Prepare daily field reports documenting the work being performed in a timely fashion. · Prepare weekly/final WMGR reports. · Maintain current equipment and personnel log. · Communicate effectively to key stakeholders including owner’s representative, ARM Lead Project Manager, contractors and others depending on the project and job tasks. · Ensure all site personnel are complying with safety and environmental protocol including PPE, training, best practices, and address any concerns that may arise. Requirements · Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation, following a rotating schedule of 3 days on / 4 days off, then 4 days on / 3 days off, with day and night shift options. · High school diploma plus five years’ progressive petroleum/natural gas or comparable construction experience. · Team orientated with the ability to perform independent hands-on fieldwork. · A self-starter possessing strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, strong work ethic, and organizational skills. · Valid Driver’s license in good standing. · Ability to travel to and from job sites, including potentially overnight stays. Preferred Requirements: · Previous supervisory experience, leading and directing team members. Physical Requirements: · This is a safety sensitive position. · Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely without restrictions on a daily basis. · Ability to operate hand and power tools. · Ability to frequently lift 30-60 lbs.; occasionally lift 60-100 lbs. · Ability to frequently carry 30-60 lbs. up to 30’; occasionally carry 60-100 lbs. up to 30’. · Desire to work outside in all climates and conditions. · Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout the day, often on uneven surfaces with frequent bending and stooping 12+ hours per day.
