• To lead in-house Technicians for Quality Assurance of the new installation and modernization projects at Private Commercial and Public Housing.
• To liaise with subcontractor to improve the installation quality
• To monitor the call back for first 6 months after lift or escalator is turn on.
• To schedule with internal divisions on audit & consolidate the reports & follow up for defects.
• To manage on-site and monitor the IPC checklist and final inspection checklist at installation and testing process according to instruction and schedule.
• To manage and ensure safe, high quality, and timely of the equipment throughout the inspection process
• To prepare lift and escalator training material and provide training for the in-house technicians and subcontractors for the skill improvement as and when required.
• To provide technical support and trouble shoot if it is the related with products and factory design issues.
• To be responsible for all the arrangement with internal and external for the inspection and defect clearance related with the inspection.
• To be responsible for the internal/ external audit inspection such as ISO 9001(QMS), ISO 14001(EMS), ISO 45001(OH&S) and J-sox etc and update the relevant documents as and when required.
• To assist in project management when required.
