WORKPLACE: FIGUEIRA DA FOZ (ON-SITE)PROFILE:

• Academic qualifications at the level of 12th grade (high school diploma);
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Field Support roles;
• Proven experience in hardware repair using replacement equipment and/or on-site part repair;
• Professional experience in analysis and diagnostics of Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues;
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolution of IP network issues using IP command-line tools;
• Knowledge in configuring networked devices and sharing printing equipment in Microsoft environments;
• Knowledge of folder/file access configuration and security options;
• Good knowledge of English will be valued;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
• Dynamism and proactivity;
• Availability for short-term projects.
