We’re looking to hire an IT engineer who can join our ever-growing team of experts and help our clients enjoy technology that works the way it should.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Provide technical support to clients over the phone or onsite
  • Configure and maintain the network to ensure reliable connectivity and data integrity via the use of best practices.
  • Install and support network components including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, backup systems, storage area
  • networks, end user workstations, printers, peripheral devices, and other associated hardware and software.
  • Monitor and test network performance, and troubleshoot any performance issues.
  • Maintain, test and update the data backup systems, archiving and disaster recovery plan.
  • Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
  • Monitor, test, and document network hardware configurations, security settings, processes, policy compliance, backup procedures, and other activities
  • Provide end user support as part or a help desk

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Network Administrator, Help Desk II or related role in the support and management of complex networks.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Desired Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, NETWORK+, A+, Security +, etc.
Helpdesk and network administration skills
Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills, able to escalate tickets
