Description Reports to: Field Manager Position Summary: Conduct detailing and repair of product on site. Ensuring that all quality provisions are being followed, and continuously trying to improve our products and processes. Pillars: 1) Safety, 2) Quality, 3) Happiness, 4) Performance Responsibilities and Areas of Accountability: Ensure all necessary information is recorded and/or communicated in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate people. Manage efficient use of labor, materials, supplies and equipment; and provide PM cost summaries. Communicate effectively with job superintendents, erectors, and project management. Inform manager of any nonconformity of product. Prepare docs. to share with QC and Production Review shop drawings to determine required welding, bolting and erection procedures. Correct safety hazards, poor behavior, and unsafe actions immediately Ensure job site is clean and orderly. Responsible for promoting the company Safety Program and to ensure field personnel adhere to the existing Safety Procedures. Oversee the installation of Erection of PDM product. Communicate directly with Project Managers on progress. Perform steel installation as needed. Directly engage with erectors, PM’s and client on steel repairs Be respectful of PDM teammates and support teamwork amongst coworkers. Selfless Client engagement Embrace and drive change. Represent the company in business with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and/or private agencies and organizations. Master detailing and repair techniques for both structural and architectural products. Master interpretation of shop drawings.
