Profile

• Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
• Professional experience of more than 2 years in a Field Support role;
• Proven experience in hardware repair with replacement equipment and/or on-site repair parts;
• Professional experience in analysing and diagnosing Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems;
• Ability to triage and resolve IP network problems using IP commands;
• Knowledge of configuring network equipment and sharing network printing equipment using Microsoft environments;
• Knowledge of configuring access to Folders/Files and Security options;
• Good knowledge of English will be valued;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities;
• Dynamism and proactivity.
