Description
We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Field Technician Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced technical and/or critical environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of facility upkeep, environmental cleanliness standards, and strong leadership qualities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily activities of a team of up to 2 - 10 technicians in the field depending on business needs. Participate in hands-on cleaning tasks alongside the team to set the standard and provide ongoing training. Lead by example and provide in-field support, coaching, and mentorship to crew members. Safely transport personnel, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, operations, sales staff, and the client. Quickly address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges to keep projects on track. Manage team performance, providing guidance, motivation, and corrective action as needed. Support performance evaluations and feedback for crew and senior-level technicians. Maintain accurate and timely completion of reports, logs, and related paperwork. Ensure proper use, care, and accountability of all tools, materials, and safety equipment. Promote adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times. Responsible for crew training and contribute to the development of technician skills. Collaborate with Operations Managers and assist with special projects as needed. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of Lead or Supervisory experience Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 45 lbs. for extended periods Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must be ok with up to 20% travel Experience with similar business line - support services, custodial services, facilities and maintenances environments.
