Job Description RESPEC, seeks a Water Resource field technician in our Water market sector, located in Tampa, FL. The Field Technician supports Water and Solid Waste projects by conducting construction quality assurance (CQA) observations, environmental monitoring, and field sampling across various media (soil, groundwater, surface water, air, and landfill gas). This role works closely with Project Engineers, Geologists, and Project Managers to complete field tasks, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure compliance with project specifications and facility operating permits. Qualifications Required: Associate’s degree in Drafting/CAD design, Surveying, Environmental Science, Engineering Technology, or a closely related field; or a minimum 3 years of relevant experience including sampling, monitoring and CQA Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical/controls skills Additional Information Compensation: Salary depends on experience.
