Description Job Overview: The Field Technician is responsible for ensuring that essential systems are well-maintained and operational through a variety of hands-on tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, routine maintenance, and timely re-pairs. This role involves optimizing system performance and conducting site visits for inspections and trouble-shooting to identify and resolve issues effectively. Duties/Responsibilities: Perform essential electrical and plumbing tasks to ensure system functionality. Conduct regular system maintenance and timely repairs for reliability. Read, install, and calibrate logic controllers. Conduct site visits for inspections and troubleshooting, resolving issues with precision. Assist in building and installation of dosing controllers and tanks. Maintain compliance with company and industry safety and regulatory standards. Participate in on-call duty as needed. Optimize dosing controls using atmospheric and liquid sampling. Perform pump maintenance to ensure system efficiency. Additional tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with water treatment systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities such as sitting, standing, kneeling, and walking for extended periods. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and adhere to age requirements (at least 21 years of age). Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
